Orders

All online orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if menu items become unavailable. Payment is processed at checkout.

Reservations and deposits

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. Peak-hour reservations require a deposit credited to the final bill. Cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit but receive a 90-day credit.

Catering

Catering orders require advance booking and a 50% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Final headcount is required 48 hours before the event.

Rewards program

Island Rewards is free to join. Points earn at 10 per dollar spent on food and beverage (not tax, tip, or gift cards). Points never expire with active use (one purchase per 12 months). Rewards have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire and have no fees. They are redeemable for food, beverage, and merchandise at Cee Me Cafe. Lost cards cannot be replaced unless purchased through our website with proof of purchase.

Allergies

We make every effort to accommodate allergies but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers eat at their own risk.

Liability

Cee Me Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
